Architecture of Cleansing: Nutrition Protocol for the Colo-Vada Plus Program

A deep renewal of the internal environment requires a conscious approach to the daily diet. High-quality detoxification is incompatible with the intake of new ecological pollutants from food. Adjusting eating habits correctly is essential to getting the maximum result from the program.

Architecture of Cleansing: Nutrition Protocol for the Colo-Vada Plus Program

The Synergy of Nutrition and Cleansing

The process of a general internal cleanup can be compared to tidying up a house: it is pointless to clean the space if waste continues to be brought in. The effectiveness of any comprehensive program heavily depends on exactly what is on the plate during this period.

Heavy, refined food overloads the digestive tract and binds the resources of the liver, which should be directed toward neutralizing and eliminating accumulated metabolic byproducts. A light, plant-based diet, on the contrary, works in synergy with the program, helping body systems easily part with the ballast.

Transitioning to mindful eating does not mean severe starvation. It is a temporary but necessary measure to create ideal conditions for renewing microflora and supporting the barrier functions of mucous membranes.

The Impact of Diet on Results

Eating habits play a crucial role in the speed and comfort of completing the program.

Three Stages of Transformation

The architecture of the program is divided into three logical steps, each requiring its own approach to the diet.

01

Preparation (7 days)

A smooth transition to plant-based food. On the menu: water-based porridge, vegetable cream soups, steamed vegetables, and lean white fish. The main task is to relieve the gastrointestinal tract.

02

Deep Cleansing (4 days)

Refraining from social food. The basic diet consists of swelling sorbents (Colo-Vada Mix), phytocomplexes, and plenty of fluids. If there is an individual need to support bile flow, liquid vegetable smoothies are allowed.

03

Recovery (3 days)

A gentle return to normal food. In the first 24 hours, only steamed vegetables and light broths are consumed, then fermented milk products and complex carbohydrates are gradually introduced.

Maintaining Water Balance

No cleansing process is possible without a sufficient amount of the right liquid. Water acts as the main transport vehicle, flushing water-soluble byproducts out of the intercellular space.

Clean water and a light plant-based diet

During the program, the need for hydration increases. It is extremely important to use slightly alkaline, mineralized water, which helps maintain the correct acid-alkaline balance and compensates for the loss of electrolytes.

Adding powerful antioxidants to the morning routine helps avoid temporary energy dips and provides cells with the energy needed for active regeneration.

Food Navigator

Strict adherence to the lists helps avoid gas formation, heaviness, and severe discomfort.
